Our jobs are at stake! But even during lockdown company has paid us and given last year's bonus. Extreme business pressure much more than previous year irrespective of covid situation. But if you can do business you can survive in this organization.

Bank is forcing employees to come to branches any how and ground level employees are facing huge financial problems due to that because trains are not running. HR no longer exists only Regional heads are there who only cares about business and they don't care about how employees are coming to office and going back home in this covid situation when buses are loaded with people. Bank is not giving any conveyance for hiked up travel expenses which is a huge cause of concern for i banks employees. But nobody cares.

when i was working in icici i got salary hike in 3rd year of working. before that there was not satisfactory salary increment i found. very basic very nominal

ICICI Bank didn't work on their employees work life balance and on their growth. Also they provide very low salary to their employees.
