There is nothing to like in this organisation.

There is everything to dislike. They just pressurise their employees to be working there not giving week off, there is no salary satisfaction as they commit to provide to give salary after few months they decrease the package with out even giving any prior notice. They inform on sudden situation that will not get any other option to work in that organization only with low salary. Moreover, if you give resign there they won't approve they will force you to withdraw it . That's was my experience over there.

...eave at 9:00 pm so that kind of shifting they want from us I can’t do this yr Salary is jot on time it’s always come late Their leaders don’t know how to behave with juniors they are like we bought his/her now we can do want we want…..

All other factors are the worst case scenarios, management, growth, salary commited by hr and TL doesn't value at all they will lay u what they want ,and not what u deserve

HR manager ARPIT Insulted and humiliated me for writing sn email to management. As i was not getting my 14days salary. You need to fight for your overtime payment, reimbursement and cts also.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and gaming acrade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue .salary is decent but career growth is slow on the job training is not given to new joiners.
