Work life is not hectic, work from home facility is there but mostly depends on your manager's will. You can learn some courses to get skills. Managers behave nicely and maintain decorum.

Dislikes

Appraisal are meager, politics is too much, salary hike is not good and not much elarning from the processes.

Initially it was good working there, with flexibility and good work life balance

...forward looking in this regard i.e. she would evaluate and then reduce the cost. No point keeping a VP whose salary is almost that of the entire Departments' salary.

...en you attain certain exp and post. In Concentrix skill development is best . When compare with both companies you get both things salary and skill development at same time.

No HR aligned to project so for some employees it’s disadvantage as you have to sort all your problem with people manager. But for me things are perfectly fine ..

No hike on your salary . Not a good place for a boy to do the work becoz they always give priority to the girl and lots of Discrimination in the organization only the Name is good IBM not for the work

Salary is good, but there is less hike.

Management is very very bad. It is a manager driven company you have to keep happy always your manager, There are some Bengali people are in top management and they are doing politics. Job security is not there, even manager is telling to put resignation.
