If you are looking for any salary or promotion related benefits then just forget about them whatever they offer you at first is what is your luck. Oldies have rotten this company and even destroyed work culture that it had at point of time which I used to hear.

Work life is not hectic, work from home facility is there but mostly depends on your manager's will. You can learn some courses to get skills. Managers behave nicely and maintain decorum.

Appraisal are meager, politics is too much, salary hike is not good and not much elarning from the processes.

Initially it was good working there, with flexibility and good work life balance

...forward looking in this regard i.e. she would evaluate and then reduce the cost. No point keeping a VP whose salary is almost that of the entire Departments' salary.

...en you attain certain exp and post. In Concentrix skill development is best . When compare with both companies you get both things salary and skill development at same time.

No HR aligned to project so for some employees it’s disadvantage as you have to sort all your problem with people manager. But for me things are perfectly fine ..
