Work Life Balance at the most. Flexible Hours and Work from home. Training Materials are nice.

Dislikes

Compensation is Decent but no growth once you enter in. Managers do not value an individuals 'Unique Strengths'. I do receive appreciation from my client but they mostly go unnoticed. Also no transportation

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. On-site opportunities are good but it depends on project. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Also, the company believes in its employees i.e., your swipe in and swipe out time is not recorded. You can leave any time after finishing your work.

Job Security Leaves policy Assignment of project in 2 or 3 months if you are on bench.

Dislikes

...oject you are assigned to and how understanding your team/project lead would be. -> No salary hike. Even though you did well and received good feedback from your project manager, you would get a salary hike like 2 - 5%. Only getting promotions will help you to get a good salary hike. -> No cab facilities for men. -> No proper appreciation for the work you do. -> Work culture is very bad.
