I like about Ibis Bengaluru City centre is promotions, salary structures, skill and learning development, company's tradition, company's culture...

Dislikes

Dislike about working at Ibis Bengaluru City centre is working environment in f&b department. There is no learning mindset of some staffs in f&b department. There is no coperate atmosphere between some staffs in f&b department. Some bad and teasing behaviour of some staff in Ibis Bengaluru City centre There is no respect between some staff in f&b department....etc

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
