Too many at leadership level who have no idea on how things are getting operated at ground level 0 transparency with respect to policy and future plans.

...m. The clarity on progression and future outlook seems to be completely missing. No salary hike for some of the folks from last 2.5 years with no hopes even this year. The culture is also extremely bad. The leadership doesn't invest time in the resources. As a Leader, the focus has to be in growing the team, which is not the case here.

Too much of workload and low work life Balance which doesnt suffice the Salary. Too much work pressure and stressful. Insurance is payable for parents and amount is very high. Not much benefits in terms of employee benefits.
