I like the environment of employe except team leaders and manager. Training was good, if we concern about security thats was of axis bank which was good.

Dislikes

...ate at home in night. Work environment was very bad. There was very disturbance. Hinduja hold salary without any intimation.

The best company in the customer support services. A good amount of salary is paid to the employes. Job satisfaction in terms of salary and security is pretty much high.

Employers are not allowed to take their cell phones on the floor. I can understand this because there are some security reasons.

Not at all job security, their slogan is Grow with HGS but when you grow in terms of packager which is just 4.34 Lacs they force you to leave organisation stating they cant afford higher package people

I like the working culture and environment of the organization.. team members were nice and well-behaved.. infrastructure was good..

...HGS is there is no any career growth.. compensation and benefits are also less.. no hike, no growth on your career

Good experience for a fresher, then you're better off switching as Theres no growth in terms of skill, compensation etc. Flexible timings and Alternate Saturdays Off. Can opt for WFH.

Dislikes

If you're in a bad team your experience Will be ruined. Salary is low and growth is stagnant. Somedays there's so much work it takes 12+ hrs shift during peak Payroll periods. Also some people are Nice, Many aren't. But management is stingy. Culture is quite dull. It's a mediocre at best company to add in your resume.
