It was my first job and coming out of that company due to ramp down of our process ,as I was very unhappy but I rate HGS very highly . Thank you HGS team for your valuable support .

Ha it's okay as of now.. Management level Support is good here even though it's changed from HGS to Altruist, the same mangmt people r there almost.. So it's going good. When in Office also environment is good.. for WFH also support is okay..

...nt) is not given after 1 year 3 months also. Incentives in formats stopped.. From last 2 months salary mismatch is coming. It should also be corrected. Career growth like IJP's should be there.. Let's wait for 1 more month & see. Except this remaining all r going good.. Note: No need of high & rich benefits. Normal benefits like Childcaree policies, soft skills training, food discount coupons should be provided.

...am leaders and Managers shout at agents, HR department is also not transparent. Very less salary is being provided compared to the work. Honesty and integrity is totally invisible.
