Good salary initially, that's all !! No benefits, No Health Benefits, No Increment, HR don't even bother to call or ask for feedback, HR support Team have no clue or responsibility to ask their employees who are in need of some issue related to employment.

1- Work Culture 2- Office Politics 3- Micro management and focus on some specific employees 4- HR not supportive and puppets of Managers 5- No proper management for decision making ( one mental guy takes decisions ( can't write name))

There were giving good cab facility for girls.

I was working for 2.9 years in the company and promoted has a trainer with the same salary what the new joiners were getting, no use of getting experienced in the company... For name sake freshers can work in the company....

There is nothing to like in that company. Higher management is not giving any opportunity to grow the skills of the employee and also salary is below the government's minimal guidelines.

Salary is around 23 to 28k ctc. In the name of dynamic process there is no urge to develop a stream to the process Favoritism is at top from superiors, offcourse for females only. (IYKYK) Contract which gets renewed every month, Hopes are given that we will put you on pay role, but even after hardwork and efforts nothing is granted to you. No job security at all
