...n get welcome kit when you join the company. No Diwali gift hampers and nothing. Almost 20% goes to variable pay and this has many conditions and you end up getting less variable pay. The yearly hikes are very very less you will get 1% or 2% and sometimes you get a appraisal letter at the year end and it will be written as no changes in your compensation, so no hike for you for complete year. For new joinee, forget your 1% or 2% appraisal for first 2 years.

...e and people who wants to have job security at expense of appraisals and growth. Don't expect anything in the form of appraisals and try to join at very good package or else salary will be stagnant. If you are working in customer locations then forget about your hardwork you put it which will not be acknowledged by your hcl manager and your performance doesn't get you appraisals.

1. No Appraisals 2. No recognition 3. Staying long will not get you any new skill.

Work culture is good. Flexible work environment.

Not encouraging salary increments. There is lot of deduction happens in existing package in name of performance bonus. Salary in hand got reduced compared to promised one.

Only concerns with respect Salary & Benefits and proper Promotions process in Appraisal cycels. Having best performer for 4 years you do't have an Promotions.

No work-life no salary no promotion no respect you are slave no person to talk about policy HR is least interested to talk about any issue every time same answer management decision evrything is ruled by banglore inshort lobby oriented organisation which only thinks about there benefit no employee respect no employee satisfaction you are just an use throw tissue paper clients are also over smart not giving quality work they will definitely treat you like you are professional slave and expect a person to know everything if someone knows everything then why he or she would work with you he or she will make you work with him or her company and all clients need to think a lot change is required for your low graded mindset don't play with persons emotions characters and most important don't use bossiness that will just be there until you work in real life you all are valueless person so change your attitude be assertive helpfull in nature share your knowledge bring the coworker up with you your knowledge sharing is not going anywhere if you will share it, it will get spread across which will enhanced your knowledge bank you are not losing anything by doing knowledge sharing you are earning quality people who will work for you not those greedy people who will yes to all your nonsense talk
