...negative....HCLT or Wipro these companies are kind of Desi companies...if u r 3.1 + above band then 15-20 % salary they will make as bonus and wipe out

No salary increase from past 2 years, its luck for you if your manager hear your query, also 1-2 years of experience HR will be top of your head doesn't matter how much experienced you are

Everything. It just doesn't treat the employees well. Salary is so bad. No promotions unless you are a manager's pet. No increment. No appraisal. No appreciation for anything whatsoever.

...e. Difficult to maintain work life balance as you always have something pending. Over all it is good place to work unless you are looking for a huge salary hike.

Dislikes

In monetary you may see lot of disparity in salary of people with same exp or same designation. If you are working for very long with HCL you may lose on monetary growth.

...ould see the organization is not running in the way which was there 10 yrs back. Companies margin majorly depends on employees variable pay cut I believe.

Worst salary, worst promotion, everything is worst. You have to be spoon of your manager. The appraisal process is worst. You need setting with your manager. HR are puppet of manager, HR will never respond your query, especially regarding salary and promotion.
