The company policies like Care leave policy, the food and inter department culture is very nice.

Dislikes

The salary structure and the compensation process is very complex which does not help the employee like the Variable pay system in case if the employee is leaving the organisation in mid year then he or she is not eligible for the variable pay on pro data basis.

Nothing, No work life balance also no appreciation for good performance thanks to the poor immediate managers for this. If you join there by refferal then only you will be welcomed there else they will not let you stay there for long period

Dislikes

No work-life balance, Poor immediate Managers, only 5 holiday in a year, Policity to deduct employee salary, It's certainly not a Great Place to work

...ronment and cultured teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing but a few things... like family gathering is less Familes are not familiar with each other except some.

Salary and expenses bills credited in account on time

Policies are different for parishram employees and havells employees, assurances given at the time of joining by superiors to new joined not getting fulfilled

... good. People are supporting ( vary plant to plant ). HR policies are clear. Salary on time. Appraisal on time.

Dislikes

In store department growth is very limited. If you are a well educated person than avoid store and dispatch departments. Company culture is average. Job security is not good.
