Fragile management, office politics, favouritism, groupism all these made the working environment so negetive . ...ofessional and all their decesion are for the welfare of ppl at support officer. They treat store team as inferiors, good example of this is salary cuts during lockdowns. And no initiative to cover it latter when store gave them great profit and sales. They all have good salary increment and for store are it's not the same. Rating of store team is kept low so that they are not eligible for a good increment.
