One thing I really enjoyed about working at Globiva was the great team dynamic. I was fortunate to have made some wonderful friends at work and also our TL and seniors were very cooperative and supportive

- Salary deduction for no reasons - No health insurance - Worst company policies - Management and HRs - No Work-life balance - Login/Logout time - No promotions and Hikes irrespective of your experience - 6 days working - Sometimes, no week offs. - Forced to work for night shifts without providing cabs

Worst management in hdfc process. TL and Manager both are just there to feed on your money. You cant get an off on national holidays you have to work as your requirements are on the peak in holidays. Office politics at the top. If you are a hardworking person go try somewhere else but if you are a licker globiva is the best place for you.

No salary on time. Hr department will not communicate with you and are disrespectful. Specially Hr named Shatakshi and Prabhleen Kaur are horrible and very disrespectful.They were dismissive, uninterested and showed complete disregard for your time and effort as if they couldn't care less. I would strongly advise jobseekers to proceed with caution when dealing with this organisation as a whole.
