work place is nice and the food and the amenities but not people or the jobs they provide is actually good or reliable.

...hey will throw you out of the company regarding so many reasons that irrelevant. No job security not at all as promised during induction, so many loopholes to deduct salary. I thought this is a career building company but they just hire for their needs and after achieving their goals they eill find reasons to fire you.

Nothing. There was no work culture. HR were not supportive at all. I only liked the salary but that was my hardworking as well.

Dislikes

They fired 70% of employees without any notice. They claimed that there process got ramp down but that was a lie and we found that later. Work environment is poor like hell and there's a huge politics. If you can do oiling then you can go a bit further neither you don't have any opportunity.

...!! Job security is 0% HR management is worse. Full of illiterate human beings. The organization don't calculate the salary for WFH associates and when you raise the voice for the same, they forcefully changes your LOB. And of you didn't get agreed, they suggest you to give a spot resign, that too without any pay. Main culprit, the ILLETERATE AVP - Ajay Singh: Don't even reply to accosiate's query accordingly. If I had the option for lower than 1 star, I wouldn't be hasitate to give the same. Overall experience was: -200% *NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL*

What I liked most working at globiva is the office environment. My colleagues and seniors were very helpful.

...ut eventually they will not let you take your compoff citing client requirement. They will force you to do OT saying that doing ot is not mandatory.

The salary is on time. No one crosses their line in the floor. The co workers are extremely good and well behaved.

Well, the company has no work ethics. They will make you work like animal and still expect more and more. While working their, I had no personal life. I hardly had anything other than going to office and coming back. While I was hired, I was told that it was customer support but they actually put me into sales. It's not that I had a problem with sales, just there was no need of lying.
