There is nothing I like about working in global logic.

Dislikes

... leave then you have to Inform it to your supervisor a month or 2 months before. The salary provided is not sufficient for today's needs.

The variety in my work, from managing data to handling certifications and training, allows me to apply my analytical skills and continuously improve.

Dislikes

One area I find less satisfying at GlobalLogic is the appraisal and salary structure. While the work and learning opportunities are great, the compensation sometimes doesn’t feel fully aligned with the effort and responsibility involved. A more competitive salary and clearer appraisal process would be motivating and could enhance overall job satisfaction.

The project level learning is good and can't be extended beyond a limit. We can work on our learning curve and learn much things. We can't get much monetary benefits here, so demand and get a higher CTC when you join.

Dislikes

...en for certifications, we can't get reimbursed as they have a ton of conditions. The Longevity bonus from client that was promised when joining has not been provided. Since they don't have this in written in Appointment letter, they are not responding sensibly to this when questioned.

Work load is nominal. You can easily integrate into a team as fresher.

Dislikes

No salary hike and cheap tricks to tie you down on the same payroll. The new CEO and higher managemenr doesnt give a bats eye to employee expectations.

Work life balance, easy projects nothing more to learn in these projects.

Dislikes

Salary in hand is really low u can expect as a fresher salary around 12500 (in-hand). nothing to learn here. Skill development is not good here.

I am looking for a company which is offering good quality work and even though I need to stretch myself a bit initially I am ok with it. For nagarro I will be initially on the bench. Also any leads for fractal with what is the salary range for senior aws DE for 6+ yrs.
