Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Employee work judgement is not properly 1. If you have degree best college ,best institute, they hire you excellent package. But if you came from nokari.com or direct interview, without any reference they treat you 5000 k for fresser. 2. If you're TL or manager is known, you have been got good appraisal. But other side you worked hard do your best in any time . You don't have good appraisal.

While compare to other process we getting low incentive and salary. The salary not satisfied because we are from South India we con't able to survive with that salary. And spot reliving your asking hole salary, some personal emergency only we need to relive the company with out serve the notice because we not in jaipur location.

its canteen; salary comes on time. 5 days working

Dislikes

they have 9-10 gems who are working from the starting of the company. They value those people only. Freshers are hired on the basis of less education and reference to the company's gems. If you are educated & know english then they will have very political game with u. Else they wil give you best role. Only CEO's are good else whole management system is corrupt. If you are less educated or have reference then definetely go for it
