...nsport during day time. Just shuttle service that too only for remote locations. They say free food , this is not true!! Everything is charged to employees and employees have to pay for it. Just water is free that too you have to get your sippers they would not provide glasses to drink water. Childcare is not available at all location. No outing if there is any acquisitions that are done by the company and they would freeze the budget at any time. No team lunch. Awards are very rare. They would create hype for giving you award but when you see convert that in monetary terms it is just peanuts. Promotions are given to people who create hype and not create impact. The real people behind success are kept aside and get demotivated. Nowdays they have started a time tracking tool 'WAM' which is to track employees working hours on system. This is pathetic. Not all can stand genuine on this tool basis the type of work they do, but management would not agree for this. Not fare on the analyst level employees.

Work-life balance becomes meaningless when an experienced professional is paid a meager salary. If compensation isn't aligned with market standards, the balance is already disrupted.

Salary, promotions, work culture, and every other aspect that defines the IT sector.

...pact should rethink there increment structure for those their loyal employees. Less Salary will led them to look out for better options, hence impacting the organisation itself.

Dislikes

Pay structure is low comparatively industry standards. No retention policy. They love brain drain. They are happy in hiring high package people but don't increase pay of vintage resources which ultimately results in high attrition.
