I was working as OM and Acting centre Head for Noida LoC. They did not have many process, Poor infrastructure.. but what was worst is they did not know how to handle client, client requirement was out of logics, they never fight with client for what is right or wrong. For an eg : Client logic is, (Planned leave also comes in Unplanned ) no one in BPO industry can say this is correct .. but fusion management agreed on this. Business had in 2 centres for Mobikwik - client used to say , your calls offered will be taken what landing in both centres but answering against that will be taken only for your centres.. why they think of that because fusion in Noida did not have enough manpower, if they had enough manpower they would have not given the business in other centre.. Fusion management was agreed to this as well, Noida centre did not have 2nd training room but 1 only which used to be occupied for other process as well.. if they don’t have training room how come process will have enough manpower on time..

Fushion Bpo is a good company they provide you on time salary but don't join any sales campaign.the sales management team consider agents like machine or animal.no work life balance.career growth opportunity is there but only for some management's favourite people.The worst management team ever full of politics.After proper resignation they still didn't provide me my relieving letter.If you want to join fushion as a sales associate you have to work for 11 to 12 hours without overtime pay. sales management team have their own law and rules they don't follow any labour law.

Worst management ,no work life balance,they treat people like machines, mandatory streching after hours of shift

... and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is down to earth. Salary cycle is so good and they have cleared everything in the beginning of the joining.

Dislikes

There is a lots of policies which doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is little bit slow. The working hours should must be a fix time to maintain the balance of our professional and personal life.

After the new CEO Manish Jain Joined the organization most of the employees left the organization because of his rude behaviour. Before his joining everything was working fine.

The manager is supportive. No too much pressure.

Dislikes

1. Low salary 2. Stop the incentive without any reason 3. No job security.Anyday anytime they can ask to leave. 4. No matter what is your post, you have to do anything like IT work, business analysis etc 5. Third class management team. 6. No one help you from the HR team.
