I was working as OM and Acting centre Head for Noida LoC. They did not have many process, Poor infrastructure.. but what was worst is they did not know how to handle client, client requirement was out of logics, they never fight with client for what is right or wrong. For an eg : Client logic is, (Planned leave also comes in Unplanned ) no one in BPO industry can say this is correct .. but fusion management agreed on this. Business had in 2 centres for Mobikwik - client used to say , your calls offered will be taken what landing in both centres but answering against that will be taken only for your centres.. why they think of that because fusion in Noida did not have enough manpower, if they had enough manpower they would have not given the business in other centre.. Fusion management was agreed to this as well, Noida centre did not have 2nd training room but 1 only which used to be occupied for other process as well.. if they don’t have training room how come process will have enough manpower on time..

Salary issues you will not get as much as your work There is no work life balance you need to work on off days as well There is no leave Ac off on running process shift end at 7 ac off at 6 No one care for you or agent

...ur health issue happens then nobody cares, they told us to please login in home. 4) This main issue is with the salary, but even the amount we're supposed to receive, like the might allowance incentive, we don't actually get.

1) management doesn't care about you and your personal life 2) senior only care about there salary and there benefit 3) there was no leave and off 4) work pressure and if you say you are handling more that your that they will not listen and ask only justification 5) lot of loops holas are there that they use for there benefit 6) they guve this link to exist agent to give 5star for this company and sit beside them for all the rating so if you are looking at any 5 they are getting lot of pay or using loophole for extra money form office or ask to give 5 star 7) salary will not increase on time if you asked hr for it they will ask to site head site head will say to leave the office, 8) l and d team will come to you to know your problem if you say less salary they will not do anything and say why didn't you mail for this ,

Bad environment especially new joining manager and TL they are not helpful. Salary given on time. If you have issued your salary or your work related no one can help you..... worst management.
