Bad environment especially new joining manager and TL they are not helpful. Salary given on time. If you have issued your salary or your work related no one can help you..... worst management.

Fusion BPO is good in terms of giving salary to experienced employee since they deposit EPF esi account but I won't recommend for freshers the same thing. Fusion BPO follows NAPS procedure for freshers, and they give them less salary in name of government. Incentives get stuck . Management is too poor. No job stability. Fusion beleive in removing their employees from process but won't work on their process to make it better . Salary is on time only for experienced employees. Rest no hr or manager helps fastly if you need any help. They always respond lately . And there package is also to low according to the work pressure and role. If you want to join BPO so try to join any other organisation. Fusion is not suggestable . Office politics matter here a lot.

Just one thing that I like is you get salary on time and log in on website and other things on website is good.

Work culture, working environment and HR department and management all are very very poor. Agents are getting frustrated is just 10 to 15 days and if anyone join in any process everyone get training but in Fusion give poor training and training is not paid no matter how long training days are and no matter how far is your home. If Fusion offering incentive to any agent for any reason but fusion not giving incentive to any agent expect Sales agent if they full fill there target.

Everything.. They even call you up for working in week off days and salary aslo not good enough.. Force u do to overtime.. Cuz whoever joins they leave the company after 2or 3 months that's why there's always a vacancy

I dont like anything from this Company worst ever. This is professional so I am not using any slang language. I hate this company. I just like my TL and QA they're supportive.. Except this two everyone is Dumb.

The most worst company ever. Suddenly my process shutting down. So they just fired us and didn't give us any Experience letter or Salary. They don't care Agents.
