Conserved Teams and Team Members. Lake of KTs or Unstructured knowledge transfer. Lack of confidence in new people. They are focused on a few Key and old people. Context switching is very high.

Freshworks is a recreation of your college days! You will have to move on after 3 or 4 years The dynamics of the company will change quarter to quarter, you should be open to change at any time, heading into a corporate company setup

...hing and failing miserable Appraisals and heirachy does not make any difference. The salary difference is huge.

There is work life balance, on time salary, office canteen, office cab

Entire office runs from chennai, people working in Bangalore or Hyderabad have to literally dance to create visibility otherwise they think you are not working enough, too much politics in chennai office, mgt and direct Mgr’s practice favouritism. You have to be a puppet to be liked by the bosses. Strict 5 days in office job. Slow growth
