1. Very less leave allocated to employees. 2. Less than few minutes from 4hrs of working not considered as half day and less than 15 minutes from 8 hours not considered as full day of working.

...verage company in Chennai but in Bangalore first source is better than Chennai .here in there is salary is too less and harrasing too much

They peoples are harrasing the coding people most of the peoples crying the management is scolding very rudely

Yes my first MNC organisation is first to solution at Private Limited and my precious memory able work balance company is most my favourite thank you so much for 3 years I am working the organisation I am very proud to say thank you so much

Nothing to say but employee salary always rather than ok but get more salary is very effectively working the employees that's a my way of Thinking thank you

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.
