...on't call it a dislike rather I would call it an opportunity for Firstsource. While we understand the salary is provided as per the market standards however when it is compared with other competitors it is always lesser.

Firstsource is a great place to work, salary on time,skill development session provided seperately, teammates and boss always helpful. Everyone stand together to accept any challenge.

Dislikes

Top level management don't communicate with the bottom chain,as I have face a ramdown of centre they don't give relocate opportunity in other center, also management team don't bother to look for new business.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night .. good management and good managers our company

Issues like unclear salary deductions and the lack of adequate support systems for employees create dissatisfaction. Additionally, upgrading the infrastructure could significantly enhance the overall work environment and employee experience.

...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.
