Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

There is no job security, team leader manager HR everyone is doing politics, if you made any mistake they will play politics and terminate from company no job security
