Compensation: The one thing which I hate in First Source Salary hike I have worked 3.6 Years in first source I never got more thousand hike how much ever effert you put there was no proper recognation coming salary part completely internal politics remaining everything is good.

Yes my first MNC organisation is first to solution at Private Limited and my precious memory able work balance company is most my favourite thank you so much for 3 years I am working the organisation I am very proud to say thank you so much

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.
