...ce with firstsource. They have a consultant to get the candidates for interview. Consultants will negotiate salary at first. After clearing all the rounds you will get call from first source hr. They will again negotiate on salary. I don't understand why there is negotiation going on back and forth if you find the right candidate. This is really filthy way of hiring candidate. If you have a budget say it at first don't waste your time and candidates time as well

Salary package is better when compared to other companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Sutherland BPO Companies

They'll treat you like labourers, no work life balance, they not at all value their employees and no leaves even after 6 months also the leave policy is there. I not at all prefer anyone to come this side. until and unless you are in a desperate need of money or job

I wasn't fired. And I was given freedom to try to designing which helped to gain knowledge. But also faced difficulties by not have clear info of what the really want. Ceo has struggling to explain his work needs.

I was demanded to work for three brands but my salary wasn't increased. I used to work for 10 or even 10.30 pm. But still my work was not recognized. I was offered WFH but Ceo demanded to come and work in office. But they offer permission to shift the timing but I didn't want to take advantage of it . I use to work over time for them.

1.No work-life balance 2.No leaves allowed even if you have leave balance 3.Un-realistic metrics to achieve else Termination 4.No sick leave or emergency leave allowed , if you are about to die , you have to inform the team leader 3 hours prior 5.Company will not let you go but will not let you stay either 6. Un-professional and unhealthy , Toxic to core Team leaders 7. HR's will not arrange a skip meet but will arrange your termination discussion instantly 8. You will find TOP GRADE politicians here. 9. Rotational shift and week offs are unpredictable

No WFH option even if there is a possibility from the process perspective, Terrible office culture because of politics from the management as well as the agents and HRs intervention was not timely. Management will call you and threaten you regarding your job even if you are a performer and achiever but do not do things their way because they are looking for all the credit.
