It's a mediocre company which completely rely on the other services based companies where they send their employees in contract basis, and you have to completely rely on your performance based on which company you were working to, so if they want to throw you out they can easily say you that your performance is not good as said by our client, and also sometimes salary also they will deduct for the variable pay and they won't give you back and no proper person to communicate to get relieving letter once you left the organization, they will give it only after 45 days after you left the organization, which is completely unfair for a person to search for another job.

Nothing, all good reviews are fake reviews. Don't believe those. It does not have qualifications of IT company. Don't join here.... Only Firing...

...ople within 3 to 6 months. They fired 150 members at once without any notice.. HR will say we don't have budget to provide salary. They will not give any bench policy.. Simply fire an employee after one project completed.

US team is very calm and intelligent.

...h is been done in 3-4 days they take its 2-3 months and always fool the US team. Very less salary and zero job security.

Nothing to like except that your specified salary is credited to your account every month

The list may go on but major dislikes Micro management, indefinite SOP, Undue client interference, Poorest Management, No job security, you have timings for bio break, You may have feeling of school over here where everything is controlled like bay-rotation, you cannot talk to eachother, surprise tests, etc.

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.
