CAREER GROWTH SALARY WORK LIFE AS U HAVE TO DO NIGHT FOR 3 MONTHS AND MORNING ONLY ONE MONTH.

There is a lotvof politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.
