I wasn't fired. And I was given freedom to try to designing which helped to gain knowledge. But also faced difficulties by not have clear info of what the really want. Ceo has struggling to explain his work needs.

I was demanded to work for three brands but my salary wasn't increased. I used to work for 10 or even 10.30 pm. But still my work was not recognized. I was offered WFH but Ceo demanded to come and work in office. But they offer permission to shift the timing but I didn't want to take advantage of it . I use to work over time for them.

People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

Yes my first MNC organisation is first to solution at Private Limited and my precious memory able work balance company is most my favourite thank you so much for 3 years I am working the organisation I am very proud to say thank you so much

Nothing to say but employee salary always rather than ok but get more salary is very effectively working the employees that's a my way of Thinking thank you

... disappoint you. Even if you get a promotion there won't be any huge difference. If the company recruits from outside, they might get a better salary compared to the people who already working here. One thing for sure you can expect here is learning, which would help to grow your career.

I have joined as fresher in company. Worst experience, No salary hike, increament.My first month salary is around 14k and in few months it decreased as 13 & 12 . After that I received same 14k and it is called increment or salary hike as per company ethics. Joined in 2019 and relieved in 2023 with last month salary of only 17k . So, fresher who were seeking for job don't start your career here, they pay you only minimum wage for 10 years too.
