No work life balance No reason for not paying bonus No respect for people with almost professional No Calibration or consolidated call if any issues , Decision taken by hearing to one side of people People are smart as they won't bother to reply to email when it is required and just skip the hirerchy to safe guard individual mistakes.

First source is a good pay master.

Their isnt equality at work. All leaders arnt treated the same. Few leaders gets lods of benifits due to their connections with Managers and few who choose to show that reality won't be treated well. So in short u need to just follow the norms of the skillset even if it is against your ethics and values.

They should allow more banks for salary accounts apart from ICICI and HDFC. Rest everything is great.

It's really good experience work with First source . The most things I liked is salary will credit in same month you are working. Work environment is so good suportive . Less holidays but nice .

Incentive amounts are less then other company. Salary growth is poor. Holidays are like NA.

People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.
