First of all ..its not helpful Because in emergency case you dont get any leaves even you have lots of Leave balance or CO. In case if you take leave by informing TL then also they put LOP on payroll .they don't care weather you have leave balance or not. Another thing one of ladies security name sunita i think she is from odrissa..she is very rude . Her behaviour is disgusting. Cannot aspect any good future in this place.. If you need good and want to grow yourself here..no need to scored good quality or have to worked for more then a year..just need to have Priority connections with senior management. Thats it. The management doesn't address your issues even if you update. They only knows to terminate not to solve.

... will not check your problems which you are facing in Company after complaining. They will hold your current pay cycle salary if you resigning on next pay cycle. Pay cycle is very bad which is from 16th to 15th. Company has gender discrimination like female employees are getting cabs free after 6PM but male employees need to pay for cabs wheather it is after 6PM or not. Food in cafeteria is worse than road side stalls & also very expensive. Work pressure is high but salary is less. There is no good leave policy. If you want leave for 7days (including week off) company will not approve & if company is providing leave then you need to submit return ticket or other docs. Company will ask you to come to office for work if you are sick even after providing Dr. prescription or hospital bills & you will get LOP for your sick leave. There is no sick leave policy. If you don't have any anxiety, depression, gastric problems then for sure you will get all those after few months of joining.

...very worst and there is no hike in after 1 year no bonus on the festival times . Salary not credited on the time and there is no hike for over time .very worst company.

It's a Growing MNC company I enjoyed Working there. You will get the salary at the last day of the same months before the next month start. Overall experience is good but learning is Slow.

I don't think there is any dislike I liked working there I left the organisation due to personal reason.

...e up with the confidence. And I've lovely time with my team mates and colleague. Salary is quite decent but can be better if promoted quickly. Career growth is quite less I think, because over 500+ employees everyone is doing well so, due to do much of competition career growth is quite less. No politics I have been gone through in my 10 months of time period. Environment is very easy and friendly. There's pressure of targets but not that much as compared to other BPO's. Managing 8 hours of work and daily life is become easy if you get familiar and enjoying for what you're doing.

Dislikes

The only thing I had faced during my short period is, they never listen to your resignation process. If you're good employee for them, they'll not let you go so easily. The strategy behind is employee get frustrated and take their resign instantly. The same happened with me, my team leader never listen to my request and in the end I have been so much pressurise to take instant resign. Thank you
