Pretty good company if you are a fresher and need to kickstart your career. Depending on the process you work for, donet expect much in terms of salary (unless you're in a sales process). Othere than that, good work environment. If the salary was upto the mark, would be an overall good place to work.

The assistant managers were really helpful in any situation. They were always there for any assistance required.

...t won't be able to pay for the headcount. There was no prior intimation or such. They promised only a month's salary as compensation. But it has been 50 days since my last working day but haven't received the F&F. No proper response from HR team or farewell team as well. The management is pathetic in solving associate's problem. I'm not at all happy.

Training was always fun and workin with first source was learning experience and salary and incentives were Good as well but work-life balance was not in place due to distance that i had to cover to make to work every day and more over process was shut down ans had to b moved to a new process

transport cos they club 2 different routes to a single cab which creates inconvenience to the Employees in the cab,Delay in providing papers to confirm an employee is promoted

One thing is good about firstsource is it provides Job security. It's good company for Freshers to start their career. It's also having good work environment.

Dislikes

The major issue I guess is compensation and benefits. I find that no scope for learning and growing with company, company does not provide personal development training and knowledge improving training.
