Salary is not good, partiality between teams and team leads, no proper manager support. They are running on employees salary.. They deduct employee salary and run business.. Transportation is worst and the ppl in Transport is worst they don't respect female employees.. worst ppl and bad culture

1. Bad behaviour of the Team leaders , HRs , Managers. 2. Poor salary structure with no hikes. 3. Incentives are linked to everything and there's a tendency to not disclose the proper amount of incentives and they are mostly not given almost everytime they give a reason to steal our hard earned money. 4. Even though leaves are approved and we have it , they are cancelled and later on results in loss of pay. 5. There are no leaves during holidays as most process are from usa and on the holidays of usa also , no holidays are given saying we are working in India. 6. Promotion over here is like a myth , it's not given until and unless you're unable to butter up your manager all the time. 7. Wfh setups are not provided at all , tables , chairs etc. 8. The trackers in this company are very bad , even if you finish your work you will still have sit on the system for 8 hours. 9. Even if there is no agenda , a meeting will be set up for 2hrs everyday just to kill your time. In that meeting nothing apart from quarrel will happen. 10. Too much of personal attacks and emotional attacks come from the Team leaders , they always cross the line and no HR or manager will be in support of the employees. 11. Internet reimbursement is not given properly at all , even after submitting the bills it won't be credited even after 4-5 months. 12. FNF process is extremely bad , no proper communication is there from the company. Experience letter and all are not provided timely unless we are pushing for it from the very first day.

1. Stagnant Salary no matter for how many years or how much you are working for the organisation 2. Undeserved candidates will get growth opportunities no matter how good are you in your domain or department. 3. Managers and Team Leads are incompetent in their job and keeps blaming the employees Overall if you are willing to destroy your own career, mental & physical health for a very minimal salary with no appraisals and stuck in a organisation that doesn’t care what’s gonna happen to its employee then you are most welcome to join this organisation as soon as possible.

Good company for fresher, Management,Job Security ,Work culture everything is quite impressive

Low salary,less incentive, career growth is slow still good for fresher but not for experienced employees.

Trainings are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of partiality. Salary is less for freshers and lot of cutting if u take any unplanned or emergency leave. One leave Ur night shift allowances half will be deducted and u will disqualify for incentives.
