It's a very bad company.

First source is a company where you will find no ethics and work culture. They are not giving salary on time. Team leaders and managers also misbehaving to the employees. Even security guards are too bad to say. They can make unnecessary comments and make your life miserable. My honest opinion to you guys never select such a bad company like first source.

...ited employee voice and the perception that HR holds an upper hand in decisions. Issues like unclear salary deductions and the lack of adequate support systems for employees create dissatisfaction. Additionally, upgrading the infrastructure could significantly enhance the overall work environment and employee experience.

Yes my first MNC organisation is first to solution at Private Limited and my precious memory able work balance company is most my favourite thank you so much for 3 years I am working the organisation I am very proud to say thank you so much

Nothing to say but employee salary always rather than ok but get more salary is very effectively working the employees that's a my way of Thinking thank you

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.
