I am so lucky to worked with exl where all seniors and colleagues are very supportive. If I talk about environment, very positive, friendly relationship between superior and subordinate. Even if I got chance to join exl, I will definitely join exl.

I think overall company is a good but there is one problem that salary is not sufficient and not getting good appraisal as I was hired on low package but still not got good appraisal. Career growth it will take time as I'm looking for hr job but not getting opportunities.

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

Except the online trainings, everything is pathetic!!!

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!

EXL Service is a good company overall in case of IJPs. If you are looking to learn and grow fast EXL is a good option.

The only drawback in working with EXL is the salary. The salary is very low as compared to market standards and if someone wants to leave they don't have a retention policy of offering an increment. No matter how how big of an asset you are for the company they won't retain you unless you are on the level of OPS manager and above. Even if your manager tries the HR won't approve a pay raise. On The contrary while hiring QA from outside they offer good package but won't offer the same to a QA who has been outperforming in the process and seems to be a valuable asset.
