Work culture, zero work life balance as asked to work on every weekend by the the insurance analytics vp Namit. Such a toxic and insecure person. Zero empathy and fully corrupt creating a bad name for the company because of his way of handling this team. Thre is another lead Pankaj with no brains such a bad mix of people creating a bad culture. My recommendation in EXL join other vertical outside insurance Analytics.
