No work life balance Micro managing Rotten mid management - zero help on projects,they willl just check 10 times a day on how much work has been completed Politics is spread across the Gurgaon office and the appraisal is completely based on how much of a yes guy you were to the manager, performance has no role in appraisal. Managersmake impossible commitments and then juniors are supposed to work every other weekend to fulfill them..and this is when client had not even given a stringent timeline. No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here.
