Exide group is better other Than similar Companies but due to few management staff (i.e unit head, HODs etc) creating toxic culture in some units. Salary structure, no Parental insurance, no self or working culture improvement. HR & Rights policy violation.

Relaxed work culture. Old school environment. Compassionate top management No babu culture - top management supports logic based decision.

Dislikes

Highly Political Sarkari work culture at factory level Unclear hirearchy and JD Extreme low salary for beginners if you can't negotiate hard during joining. Least employee welfare.

Received salary on time. There is nothing to like about Exide. Before interview share your Job files different and after joining time job profile change.

Seniors People don't know properly knowledge of Exim. Also they don't listen if you advise something about new foreign trade policy and procedure. Organisation culture is like a monopoly management of senior officer. There is dirty politics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Annual increment is on Basic salary which is 2-3% on the CTC. HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.

Salary and Perks , whatever you deserve will get on time. No delay. Due to regular changes in system you will have to learn a lot.

Dislikes

Regionalism, Individual biasness. No body will try to make you understand or learn, you will have to do by your own.
