Exide group is better other Than similar Companies but due to few management staff (i.e unit head, HODs etc) creating toxic culture in some units. Salary structure, no Parental insurance, no self or working culture improvement. HR & Rights policy violation.

Salary and Perks , whatever you deserve will get on time. No delay. Due to regular changes in system you will have to learn a lot.

Dislikes

Regionalism, Individual biasness. No body will try to make you understand or learn, you will have to do by your own.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The management recently changed. Work Life Balance is good. Flexible timings. Good for new mother's. Very bad for freshers.

1. The culture is very political 2. HR is very weak 3. Compensation commitment is wrong 4. Benefits are less 5. Very hierarchical in nature 6. No focus on skill development 7. Decision making is shaky

1. Salary on the last date of the month. 2. Travel expenses being cleared within 7 days. 3. Brand recall among end consumer.

Dislikes

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.
