...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

We work together lika a family.Healthy Offc environment. In this pandemic situation, we maintain social distancing and also maintain sanitizing....company policies are avarage, but not bad...

Seriously there is nothing you are going to like about Exide industries Limited. Only good thing is you will get a good hike when you decide to join this company. Anyway after that you are going to regret everyday for accepting their offer.

If you are expert in that then please join. 4) After joint no benefits, no bonus, no increment, sometimes no incentive. 5) If you are not favorite of your boss then you will get transfer somewhere you can't operate and all these are pre planned. 6) who is working for a long have all the powers. People sitting on senior position can't do anything to them. They have all the settings. 7) The way they handle dealers are also very bad, most of the dealers are frustrated due to the torture of old employees. 8) No work time limit so you just forget spending time with family. 9) If someone joins then he will regret everyday and everytime for accepting offer and left the previous organisation.

Service Engineer - SF is the worst kind of designation which one could ever work under. No culture, no set structure for this designation. One will be experimented with many job roles and responsibilities under said designation like Sales and even Marketing, even after there Key Responsible Area has been set. It's like a trap in Exide's name. You will leave your previous job in hopes that you are going to handle entire After Sales Operation which this company implements. You will leave your previous organization in hopes that you will learn more mature skills. But, in the end you will be proven wrong and no one will here your voice. Not even your senior, who has been mentioned in joining and transfer letters. That's the story of Delhi Regional Office. Worst Experience.
