1. Employee abusement 2. Poor increment and promotion 3. Unrealistic expectations 4. Never satisfies 5. When they never satisfies on employee work, they cannot even tell what they want 6. Very worst culture. Terimandous pressure, the Manager will ask every 30 mints billing billing. No time to manage family. No promotion and increments.
