Hr police is so good. Best system is develop by company, in which everything is clear and well define. Working time is comfortable, proper workers and staff is available. So it's a good company to work for 3 to 4 years.

Dislikes

Salary annual increament is too low. Promotion is not as per performance or experience and working conditions is crucial due to workers Union and lots of politics.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

The company is open innovation and provide training. I am happy to be a part of Export team. As a result, i get to travel abroad, especially to the GCC. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high for export team.

It's really a employee friendly Company , i.e at the time of any issues Company reacts like parent. An employee can work & manage family well. Culture is so good here .

Only one thing which I dislike that Salary growth , appraisal are not good.
