Teammates have always been supportive.Initially I have been gone through Good training related plant. Work environment is good but when I talk about salary package then really disappointed because I have given very much good training to all my juniors and gave 100 % best as I have been in production. Right now I got promoted from Engineer to Sr.Engineer but salary is still unsatisfactory...My salary increased by only 2900/-. Now Whatelse I need to say?...Nothing.
