Only for graduation not for technical person lot of people use mind trick to take advantage yours not to word people only selfish people they don't help in any situation like if u ill and any other problems in many situations they only need work whatever your situation i am give u examples i have total 8 years exp 5 yr automotive industry and 2.5 year this industries bit in 2.5 years they do not increases salary only hope give by senior that your salary increment give very high but after 2.5 salary increases only 1000 rupee increase what a - - - - i give u one suggestions if u to do some things in life not to join this company because they destroyed your career. The everest company is good but the seniors in there juss exploiting the juniors and just playing politics. The higher management never gets the feedback as some factors never wanted the right thing to reach them.Each person forced me to leave in different way now i have spent four years in this company by heart. Hope so someone will look forward to this worst situation and nobody suffers like me
