Even though it may vary team to team, but the culture here is very toxic. They will make you work way too much and give peanuts in the name of salary.

Bad Work Culture. No work life Balance. There should be a two way feedback policy. Seniors Do not want to train the staff instead they need staff who are already trained to work on their clients.

There is nothing positive about the organisation other than the compensation.. which is also average not that great

The culture at EY is very work centric and not people centric . They say there is work life balance However that not being true at all . Career growth is dependent how your relationship is with your management and performance is the second criteria. In terms of learning it doesn't provide much .

EY has an excellent crowd, Work life balance can be easily maintained. People are really helpful and always up for new things. Working as a Lead Associate now and my journey in EY has been pretty much awesome. :)

Dislikes

They do not pay overtime for the 2 months busy season( January to March) apart from food allowance.

I had very good collueges. Salary is good there and appraisal too. Not much of innovation but a nice place to work especially for women employees

Dislikes

I didn't like management to certain extent. Few employees had to work for 16 hrs in busy season.
