Work life balance is next to zero unless you have serious boundaries and/or don't care about what your manager thinks. Promotions are like anywhere else - tough. But they have way more variations in reasons to not promote you, basically nothing is enough. Self learning is the only way to learn and expand your knowledge because once you get in a role it's unlikely that you'd be learning much of anything else except what's required in YOUR process

They provide hybrid mode but whenever you need work from home even for medical emergency they ask so much evidence and validate from their doctor team. And make it so much complex so that you stop asking for.

Company asks for 11 hours of works on official note in busy season without paying any extra compensation and benefits. That 11 hours of works takes 14 -15 hrs.Apart from busy season you have to work 11 hrs No travel allowance No food allowance,also high charges in cafeteria

Stange condition with offer letter

Hi everyone, one of my friend got an offer form LSEG with role as Analyst in Credit Analyses unit. The stange condition is that LSEG asked him to complete one certification before joining and the cost will be re-embersed after completing the course. Can anyone please share if this is common practice across LSEG. Update[9-Mar] : It was completely fake/scam offer letter. It was basically a company trying to see a couse of 23k INR. Even they cloned the actual website and the only way to find the difference is from URL. Stay safe.
