Only thing that is good with EY, is it’s reputation, which is also not correct.

...sic information. There is no specified department or person for employees query. Also, they something thing and give something as salary, they try to deduct salary as much as possible. In my case they dis jot inform me abiut certain deduction which was optional and now i cannot get until unless i leave the company.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

Flexible work hours , company ethics , decent salary growth, professionals to work with, opportunities for self development and learning, job security , cross training and development if you wish.

Dislikes

Not much exposure to higher management. Strict compliance and access policies. After a point of time you won't be able to see future path.

Less deductions in salary compared to other companies and job security.

Dislikes

Too much documentations and processes which gets in way of completing the actual work. Also EY Pays 20-25% less than market rates for Tech consultants. When it comes to promotions usually they'll give you the senior responsibility without giving title change or pay rise.

Good place to expose yourself to various technologies. Ideal for first job

Dislikes

Learning gets stagnant after a while Can expect politics based on the team Growth in compensation and benefits slow down after 2 - 3 years
