Salary, brand name is good.

Dislikes

Managers asked to work on weekends wothout giving comp off. They force people to relocate to the client location. Selected project has wfh option. They do not provide cap or reimbursement for ttaveling to the client location in same city of your work locarion. I am not sure if this is project specific or it is company polocy. Overall no work life balance. Client tecunical invironment is not set properly and we asked to give the work before time, which is injustofied.

This is one of the big four company. Good work environment. Most importantly compensation is very good.

Dislikes

They mainly working as loan employee model hence sometime you feel lack of belonging as mostly you will be working at client location and if client culture is very good you would probably like to work their as a permanent employee.

Their is nothing to like about they make you work for over 10-12 hrs a day without any recognition

Dislikes

The culture is very toxic with office politics always taking first place. Even if you outperform your peers you will not get appraisal or bonus because office politics may not allow it

The manager was very supportive and the work life balance was good.

...sary pressure to work from office and the unsupportive rude behaviour of the HR. There was nothing given above and beyond the salary not even box of sweets on small occasions. All the team outings and activities were self sponsored.

...nd after office hours. People are around to provide helping hand whenever stuck. Hikes and bonus is better than most companies around.

Dislikes

Lesser projects with better technologies and lesser growth opportunities in terms of tech stack. Many legacy applications are still operative which requires people to work on legacy technologies.
